Marinade 1-2 pounds good quality beef, cut in cubes for at least 4 hours. Skewer with whole new potatoes, cubed green and red peppers, and onions. Grill and baste. The only thing that I would add is to take some marinade and set it aside to use while basting. You don't want to use the marinade that the meat was in.
