BEEF KABOB MARINADE

2/3 cup oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Lawrys season salt
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash of hot sauce

Mix well. Marinade 1-2 pounds good quality beef, cut in cubes for
at least 4 hours. Skewer with whole new potatoes, cubed green and
red peppers, and onions. Grill and baste.

This recipe goes to gether in a jiffy. I mix all and add beef in a ziploc bag and refrigerate until ready to cook. It really is a great taste

This marinade recipe was SO easy and my entire family loved it. The only thing that I would add is to take some marinade and set it aside to use while basting. You don't want to use the marinade that the meat was in. I doubled the recipe becuase I marinade chicken, beef and shrimp and added large mushrooms, pineapple chunks, onion, green peppers and potatoes.YUMMY
