Beef marinade
1 package Good Season's Italian Dressing mix
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup water
2 T Worchestershire
1/2 cup catsup
Marinate steaks at least 1 hour. Best done in a 1 gallon ziplock
bag so you can "mush" it around. Pour marinade ingredients into
the bag. Squeeze to mix, then add meat.
Grill to desired doneness (medium rare is best).
