Beefsteak Marinade

1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vermouth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all marinade ingredients in electric blender container.
cover; process for about 2 minutes. Pour marinade over steak; let
stand at room temperature for 4 hours. Remove steak from marinade
before cooking. Marinade may be used for basting sauce when cooking
steak or reserved for other uses.
