Marinade
8 oz tomato sauce
1/4 c minced onions
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c honey
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 c vinegar
generous dash garlic powder
Wash chicken, and place it in a non-metal container. Pour marinade
over chicken; turn pieces so that all are well-covered. Refrigerate
overnight. Chicken may then be baked or grilled. If grilling,
conserve some sauce for basting. Enjoy.
This recipe will season about four large breasts. Use accordingly
with other poultry parts.
