Chineese Ribs

4 oz soysauce
2 cloves Garlic crushed
8 oz white sugar
2 tbs honey
1/2 tsp ginger powder
salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and put in a large zip lock bag with a rack
of baby back ribs that has been cut into individual ribs. Marinate
in refrigerator over night. Barbeque over low heat turning often
to prevent burning.
