Basic Dry Rub
2-1/2 tbs dark brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp dried sweet basil
1/8 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp ground coriander
3/4 tsp ground savory
3/4 tsp dried thyme
3/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp white pepper
2 tbs paprika
2 tbs dry mustard
2 tbs onion powder
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs salt
Simply mix together. Use liberally.
