BBQ Rub
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp crushed chilies
1 tsp ginger powder
3/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and rub on the meat the night
before grilling. Place meat in a "Zip Lock" bag and place the meat
in the refrigerator.
