Dry Rub for Ribs

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbs kosher salt
3 tbs black pepper
3 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried onion
1 crushed bay leaf
1/2 tsp dry mustard (optional)

Mix all ingredients well. Rub onto both sides of ribs; wrap in
butcher's paper or plastic wrap; let meat set for 2-3 hours minimum
(at room temperature or in refrigerator).
