Reviewer: Bill from Salt Lake City, UT USA Since I didn't have bay leaves or garlic cloves, I used garlic powder and NO bay leaves. I cut approx. a pound of top sirloin into approx. 2" by 2" strips and marinated it in this marinade overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning I fried the marinated steak and served it with fried eggs, shredded hashbrowns and buttered toast. MMMMMMMMMYUMMMMMMMMY!! This will be a mainstay in my diet!!
