GREEN CURRY MARINADE
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp green curry paste
2 Tbsp chopped coriander
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
Mix all ingredients together put in a plastic bag or glass bowl.
Add the meat turn to coat. Seal or cover and let meat marinate 1
hour at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Use
for chicken.
