HONEY MUSTARD MARINADE AND SAUCE
1/2 cup grey poupon dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
With electric mixer, combine the above ingredients and beat for
about 30 seconds. Use about 2/3 to marinate chicken breasts covered
for about 2 hours in fridge. Chill remaining sauce until later.
