Steak and Chicken Marinade
1 cup good olive oil
1/2 to 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
10 to 12 large cloves garlic, crushed
juice of 1 lemon
2 to 4 tbsp. brown sugar
Mix together well in large bowl. Dip steak/chicken pieces in
marinade and arrange in baking pan. Pour remaining marinade on
top. Refrigerate overnight, covered, and rearranging occasionally.
This recipe provides enough marinade for 2 medium steaks or the
parts of 1 1/2 chickens.
