Red Meats Marinade

1/2 cup peanut oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 tablespoon black peppercorns crushed
1 teaspoons oregano crushed
2 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup Chianti
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon chili powder

Mix well. Pour over meat cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours. Use
as a basting sauce also.
