Marinade
1 c soy sauce
1 c Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons dried onion
1 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic salt or powder
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Combine all ingredients, pour over meat to cover at least 1/8 inch
all around at least three hours before grilling.
