1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 ts sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Tabasco to taste
Salt

In saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot oil until tender but not
brown. Stir in catsup, lemon juice, sugar Worcestershire, mustard
and Tabasco. Simmer uncovered 5 mins stiring once or twice.

Use as a marinade and/or a baste.
