All Purpose Meat Marinade
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic-crushed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup thinly sliced ginger root
2 t black pepper (or more if you like)
Combine soy sauce, orange juice, honey and oil. Add onion, garlic,
ginger and pepper. Using a large bag or other container, marinate
London Broil for 12-24 hrs. Drain then grill.
Boneless chicken breasts should marinate for 1-3 hours, then drain
and grill. Pheasant, quail or Cornish hens should marinate for
6-8 hrs, drain and then smoke slowly until done.
