Marinade
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 T balsamic vinegar
2 T olive oil
3-5 cloves minced garlic
1/4 t cayenne pepper
In a 1 gallon plastic food bag, combine all ingredients. Add 6-8
servings of steak. Seal bag and put in a bowl. Chill for 1 hour or
up to 1 day, turning occasionally. Lift steak from marinade and
grill. Save marinade and heat to boiling and serve with steak.
