Marinade for Meats

1 cup of Worchester sauce
2 cups of Terikayi Sauce
1 large onions sliced for mixing
1 whole large bud of Garlic.

Mix up the sauces in blender or food processor.
Add onion and garlic.
Mix til the onion and garlic are liquid and the sauce looks thick. Pour into a large bottle and refrigerate.

Pour over steaks and roasts and marinade. baste meats with some of the sauce 2or 3 times during cooking. Keep the rest for another time this is very tasty.

Refrigerate the rest and use as desired.
