PINWHEEL MARINADE
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp sherry
1 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
My mother just gave me this recipe yesterday. She uses it for
pinwheels (I'm not sure what cut of meat it is, but it's a long
strip of beef wrapped around itself and then put on a skewer).
This is rather sweet.
Marinate for at least 4 hours.
