Pork Tenderloin or Roast Marinade Get one of those big zip lock bags. Keep meat somewhat frozen and to the point where you can sort of bend the meat.
Mash 4 or 5 cloves of garlic, a good dash of pepper, a couple of dashes of Worchester sauce (1 to 2 tbsps), a tbsp of basil leaves, 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar and 3/4 to a cup of cider vinegar. Put into the bag, zip it up. Put the bag in a bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight. Turn bag over occasionally.
Next morning extract the meat from the bag, and discard the marinade. Cook as desired until internal temp reaches 190 F. I prefer a high heat to brown the meat then a slow cook in the smoker. Enjoy . Kinne
