Pork Marinade

2 clove garlic, mashed
1 c basil vinegar
1/3 c lemon juice
1/3 c honey
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp basil
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp ginger powder

Mix all ingredients in a large pot and let sit for 4 hours to blend
in the flavors. Soak the pork in the mixture for 2 hour, before
grilling. Cook remaining mixture to a boil and reduce heat for a
slow simmer. Cook for 10 minutes. Baste the pork with the marinade.
