Red Wine 03

Red Wine Marinade
2 c dry red wine
1 small onion, thickly sliced
2 cloves garlic, mashed & minced
a pinch of parsley and thyme
1 small bay leaf
2 whole cloves
a dash or 2 of pepper
Combine over a medium sauce pan over low heat. Bring to a simmer
and cook for 5 minutes. Chill the marinade before using. Great for
red meats.
