Spicy Southwestern Marinade
1 cup bloody mary mix
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon mild canned green chiles, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/3 cups.
For beef, pork, poultry or lamb.
