Steak Marinade
1 teaspoon ground lemon peel
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup cooking oil
2 T green onions w/tops, sliced
1 clove minced garlic
4 T sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon worcestershire
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients and pour over steaks. Best if left for 3
to 4 hours at room temp, or overnight in the fridge. Turn meat
occasionally to cover both sides. Grill or broil as desired.
