Steak Marinade

1 small to med sirloin steak
large zip lock bag

3/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire
1 tsp coarse ground pepper or crazy pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder

Thoroughly pierce the steak with a fork on both sides. Mix the
marinade in the bag and add the steak. Squeeze out all the air
before you zip the last inch. Allow sit at room temperature for
at least 2 hours. The color of the meat will turn from red to brown
when ready. Use tongs to transfer to a super hot grill for searing.
