Beer and Garlic Marinade
12oz. can beer
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon lawrys seasoning salt
enough meat tenderizer to cover surface of steaks
2 lbs of your favorite steak
Add all ingredients into a large plastic ziplock bag, shake untill
mixture covers steaks. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4
hours, but not more than 16 hours. Discard marinade and cook steak
to desired doneness.
