Marinade

4 to 5 cloves garlic, mashed
2 T fresh ginger, grated
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup sherry
1/3 cup honey
1 to 2 T 5 spice powder

Mix well and marinate the meat for 2 hour or more (the longer the
better). Then grill meat for about 45 mins. or until done basting
frequently. You can also add a little bit of cornstarch to the
liquid and pour it over the meat and roast in the oven for 1 hr.
basting.
