Teriyaki Marinade

4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons sherry
1 tablespoon fresh ginger; grated
1 clove garlic; chopped
2 tablespoons molasses

Mix all ingredients except the molasses and marinate the meat for
4 - 6 hours or overnight. Take out the meat, stir the molasses
into the remaining marinade and baste during the last 10 minutes
of cooking.
