Sushi Teriyaki-Sauce
4 tb soy sauce 1 tb mirin 1 clove garlic 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger 1 teaspoon salt
Mix the soy sauce, sweet rice wine, salt and grated ginger in a bowl together. Crush garlic clove and add to mixture.
This makes enough to marinade one pound of meat in it and will keep up to one week in the refrigerator.
