Marinade

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice wine
1 tablespoon hot chili sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 big chunks ginger
4 whole cloves garlic
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 teaspoon honey, optional

Since you are going to strain the concoction, you don't need to
peel, chop or mince the ginger, garlic or pineapple. Put all
ingredients into a small pan and bring to a boil. Remove from
heat and let stand at least an hour. Strain the marinade so only
the liquid remains. Pour over veggies (this is also great over
tofu chunks) and let set at least 30 minutes.
