Grilled Vegetable Marinade

1/4 to 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 to 6 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 to 2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
red pepper flakes to taste

Cut vegetables in same size portions (red, green, yellow bells,
onions, zucchini, portobello mushrooms). Marinate for about an
hour at room temperature. Grill. After grilling add toasted pine
nuts.
