Buquelos
Flour Tortillas
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings:
Honey
Vanilla Ice Cream
Custard
Melt butter in pan, fry tortillas until crispy and brown Remove
tortilla, sprinkle both sides with mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Plate and serve. Can be eaten "plain," topped with honey (for
those who like sticky desserts), or ice cream or custard.
