Flan
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon water
4 eggs
1 can condensed milk
same can of reglar milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix sugar and water in pan to be used for flan (8 or 9 inch cake
pan) and heat over over high heat, swirling bowl so that caramel
sticks to sides of pan.
Mix flan ingredients in blender (or by hand) and pour into pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife plunged in comes out clean.
