Flan (Creme Caramel)

5 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can water
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup caramelized sugar

Caramelize sugar and pour into tube or bundt pan, coating sides.
Beat remaining ingredients into a custard and pour into pan. Set
pan in larger pan of hot water and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees (or
until set). Remove from oven and allow to cool. After cooling,
turn out of pan.
