Cheese Flan

1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz fresh milk
8oz cream cheese
3 eggs
1 slice bread
1 cup sugar

Melt 1 cup sugar carefully in a fry pan until golden brown. Pour
immediately into round cake pan covering whole bottom.

Mix remaining ingredients in blender then pour in the round pan
over caramel. If you are going to cook it on the stove it takes
about 1 hour and 15 minutes in a just boiling water barrier with
the cake pan almost floating in the water. In the oven, the same
thing at 325 for 1 hour.

Watch the water level because you are boiling it away and may have
to add more. Remove and let cool. You can quickly turn over after
carefully separating the side of the flan from the pan. The caramel
will now be over the top.
