Flan de Huevos

1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 (evaporated milk) can whole milk
6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup granulated white sugar

Caramelize sugar by heating at medium to low heat until liquid
golden brown. Do not burn. Pour into a flan pan.

In a glass bowl, mix all the other ingredients and beat at medium
speed for about 1 minute until well blended or use wire whisk. Do
not overbeat. Pour into prepared pan. Set pan in water.

Put in 325 oven for 25 minutes or more until a knife inserted in
the middle comes out clean. Turn flan into plate, caramel will
drizzle on top.
