Guacamole
6 ripe avocados
1 head garlic, peeled and separated into cloves
juice of 2 lemons
1 jalapeno
1/2 cup salsa
1 ripe tomato
3 tbs washed fresh cilantro
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp basil
1/2 medium purple onion diced
1 tsp sugar (optional)
Add everything except the tomato and onion, and blend. Then pour
into bowl and add chopped tomato and onion - serve.
