Take two avocados (good sized), and one medium large Red tomatoe
Clean the avocados. If you can use a plastic knife and spoons,
these preserves the guacamole looking better for a longer period
of time. Also if it is going to stay some time on the table before
eating, add some lemon drops to the beaten avocados.
Then cut in small pieces the tomatoe, and cut a small piece of
white onion into very tiny pieces, add these to the avocado and
stir , then you will add some fresh coriander, about 1 1/2 tbsp.
To give it the real taste. If you can get a fresh chili like,
"serrano" or jalapeno add 2,3 or 4, to make it slightly hot flavor.
Add salt, as you like. And enjoy, you can make the guacamole
burritos with flour tortillas. Note : A burrito is a flour tortilla
rolled, and filled with something, usualy, meat, beans, guacamole,
tinga, chicharron or mole verde.
