3 large ripe avocados
1 large tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 large tomato, diced
1 small fresh green chili
Cut avocadoes in half and remove pit. Scoop out pulp with a spoon.
In a large mortar (molcajete), mash avocados, onion, tomato, and
chili. (Mocajete gives it a delicate spicy flavor.) Add lemon
juice and salt, mix thoroughly. Serve with corn chips.
