Guacamole 33

Worlds Best Guacamole
3 ripe avacados
1 or 2 cloves garlic, smashed and minced
3 tablespoons fresh onion, minced
1 small can Hernandez salsa
1 tablespoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1/4 cup sour cream or mayo
dash of lemon juice
First take the avacados and mash them up with a fork in a bowl.
Then add the sour cream and stir. Next add the garlic, onion and
salsa. Mix, until well. Then add the hot sauce and mix. Last add
a dash of lemon juice, and mix again. Enjoy it with your favorite
tortilla chips, or liven up any mexican dish with it.
