GUACAMOLE 1 large avocado 1/2 pint sour cream 3 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 oz Monterey Jack, grated 6 green olives, chopped 1 small Jalapeno pepper, chopped 2 Tbsp chopped onion 1/2 tsp onion salt Chop the olives, pepper, and onion finely or coarse depending on your personal taste. Mix them all together. Serve as dip or salad dressing.
