Guacamole 2 advocados, peeled and pitted save the pit 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice salt and pepper to taste 4 ounce can chopped, mild green chilies, drained 1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped 1/2 medium, finely chopped small garlic clove very finely chopped or garlic powder to taste Mash advocado with lemon juice (it can be mashed smooth or left a little chunky), stir in salt and pepper, chilies, onion, tomato and garlic. Stir. Place the advocado pit into the guacamole and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Remove the pit when ready to serve.

the dip had no zing to it it was kind of blah
the peeling of the tomatos was a little nerve racking
it looked all right it started to brown quickly though
