Mole

4 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp anise
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup blanched almonds
1 1/2 oz Bakers chocolate
3 large tomatoes
blue corn tortillas

Remove chicken from bone, brown well in 1/4 cup fat. Add other
ingredients (except tomato, garlic) to broth; stir well. Add tomato
and garlic, chicken to mixture and simmer uncovered 30 minutes or
until chicken is tender and broth is thick sauce. Serve on blue
tortilla.
