Microwave Brownies
Makes 1 serving
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
salt (optional)
1 cup nuts (optional)
In a 9" square microwavable dish melt butter and chocolate. Stir
to mix. Add eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla. Mix
together. Put into microwave. Cook on high 3 minutes. Turn 1/4
turn. Cook on high 3 minutes. Cool.
