Cheese Dip 16 oz Monterey jack cheese 8 oz cream cheese 1 green pepper 2 cans chili peppers jalapenos, chpped 1 can pimentos, chopped 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce 1 small onion, chopped Put all in microwave on low, or use a fondue or chafing dish. Add milk to thin it out.
I put chopped green pepper and chopped onion in a tiny bit of water in microwave to soften them, removing the water before adding to dip.
