SEARCH RECIPES: LOCATION: Recipes >> Microwave >> Chocolate Pudding    Chocolate Pudding CHOCOLATE PUDDING (700 Watts) 1 cup self rising. flour 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup milk 3 Tbs butter, melted 1/2 cup sultanas 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 2 1/2 Tbs cocoa 1 1/2 cups boiling water Combine the first six ingredients in a deep, round casserole dish and mix well. Stir in the sultanas and smooth the top of the mixture. Combine the remaining ingredients in a jug and carefully pour over the pudding mixture. It has no fancy ingredients that require a special trip to the supermarket. It smells great, tastes great and even had a lovely marbled appearance when cooked. The cake ends up floating to the top, while the hot chocolate sauce sits beneath. We had ours with some thickened cream and a cup of coffee. Yum!
