How to Dry Sage Leaves:
Method 1: tie the branches in bunches and hang upside down in a
dry, dark area until the leaves are crumbly.
Method 2: lay the leaves in a single layer on paper towels in the
microwave oven. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Let cool and store in
an air-tight container.
