Fudge Sauce 02

MICROWAVE FUDGE SAUCE
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 T. butter
1/2 t. espresso powder
1/2 cup heavy cream or vanilla yogurt
In a large glass bowl melt the chocolate chips for 1 minute at high
heat. Stir and repeat for 30 seconds at a time until smooth. Mix
in the remaining ingredients. Serve warm over your favorite ice
cream.
