Microwave Fudge
9 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 pound butter
1 pound powdered sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
nuts (optional)
Melt together chocolate and butter in microwave 2 to 3 minutes on
high. When melted, add sugar, eggs, vannilla and nuts.
Mix well, pour into buttered pan and refrigerate until firm.
