SOUTHLAND SWEDE (650 watts)

1 medium swede (rutabaga)
2 tsp water
2 tsp honey
1 Tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste

Peel and cube the swede and place in a medium casserole dish with
water. Cover and cook on HIGH 5 - 7 minutes until swede has
softened. Drain water off, add butter and honey and stir until
swede is nicely glazed. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve,
or, if you prefer, mash before serving.
